I recently had a power spike that blew out a number of appliances. I have since added a surge protector; a little late on that one. I have only to repair/replace the fireplace now. I have not dug into it yet to assess the problem but there is no power to the unit when I try to turn it on. Any ideas out there before I get dirty?

I may be wrong, but there may be a fuse on the main board inside. Other than pulling it out, it may be a simple fix.

i recently received a customer TO DO recall noticed about a transmitter for the fireplace which is located behind the unit i haven't looked at mine yet but appartently there are alot of crossroad trailers that will have this recall dating back many years. i suggest contacting crossroads directly as my dealer did not know anything about it until i showed them the letter i received from crossroads themselves

i have a 2010 35ck

good luck
