Well, I did stop there on my home from the inlaws to get some information on a motorhome for a friend, but I was on a time frame and did not get a chance to talk with the Crossroads salesperson. It seems that they have dedicated salespeople to handle the various lines they carry there as it is a pretty good sized dealership. I was greeted quickly by the receptionist and a sales person was with me quickly after they were paged. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was more than happy to handle the request. The do have a fairly large inventory of crossroads products, so they must be selling quite well. The inlaws live within 20-minutes of the dealership, but I will not be back until July. Good luck....
