jallen,
Thanks for your response and I am a bit surprised that more have not done so. I was just curious if the 33SK was one of the more popular models judging by the posts in the Kingston section but my informal poll is not getting the response I had hoped.

We have a 2010 33SK...previously had a 2009 30SB....not quite sure if we made the right move going from the SB to the SK....the 30SB has a lot of living in a reasonable size...sure do miss the enclosed bathroom

Our 2006 PF36RD Paradise Pointe was totaled whena semi ran a stop sign and "T" Boned us 6 weeks ago. The Insurance company is replacing it with a 2010 Kingston KF36CK.

So, I guess that when we take delivery next week, that willmake us one ofthe newest Kingston owners.

It spoke volums about the stability of the Paradise Pointe. The semi that his us was rolling at least 30 mph when he hit us broadside. We were traveling at 57mph. The police were amazed that we didn't roll. Even more amazed that we walked away from it.

We loved our Paradise Pointe, but looking forward to the new Kingston.

Well cheers to your good luck in walking away. Was there damage to the bed of the truck and hitch during the accident? Where you in your home state when it occured? BTW - loved my visit to NM this past Spring, the state is stunning.

The semi tore the rear door off our F-350, the entire side of the truck bed and the front third of our 5th wheel. The rear axel was at a 45 degree angle. Our Reese 16K hitch held firm with only slight damage caused when we jack knifed.

We are domiciled in Texas, but since we are full time, we don't really have a home state.

We have a lot at an Escapees co-op in New Mexico. If it weren't for the great people in Escapees, we would be living in a motel. One of the other lot owners has allowed us to use their spare 26' travel trailer until our life gets back to wherewe can function on our own again. Another lot owner has allowed us to store our "stuff" in their shed.

Without the Escapees, this would be a much worse experience that it is.
