Having a problem with the clearance between the king pin and my truck bed on a hard turnon my 2011 kingston 30. Went to the dealer and he agreed with me that buying another hitch is not the fix.....standard 17" clearance.....Is anyone else with a 2011 kingston having the same problem? NOt interested in other models.... Just 2011 kingston. Thanks in advance for any input.

With a 2004 truck, you should not need Pull Rite's 3" lift kit, but you never know.

Might want to give them a call on Monday, they helped me out last week on this issue also.

No problems here with my F-350. Are you talking about top to bottom clearance or cab to cap?

The problem is that the bottom of the king pin hits the top edge of the truck bed in a hard turn.

I have read of this problem and I believe they notched the bottom of the kingpin.
