Bathroom GFI plug in

Was having trouble with the GFI in the bathroom tripping traced it to the one of the two Island plug ins even though it still was working it trips the GFI, i went ahead and got a new dual plugin with two usb ports for charging now all is well i will be upgrading to more of these plug in as time goes by this was very easy to do.

here is the new plugin

Glad to see you fixed the problem but what was the original cause that caused the tripping?
Pretty odd to have a standard outlet just go bad.
I do like the osb ports built in. Do they have mini transformers/ inverters built in or are they wired directly to 12v?

You know it's kind off weird the plugin still worked i disconnected it and the tripping stopped i then hooked it back up and it tripped again so i replaced it and it's been a few days now and all is good, as far as the usb i didn't open the back so i don't know on the other question has just three wires coming out of the back housing i have one more so i'm going to install it today.

Had a very similar experience. Bathroom GFCI was tripping for no apparent reason. Finally traced it to the outlet that the fridge plugs into. Don't know if it was bugs or spiderwebs in the outlet box (or dampness), but replacing the outlet fixed the tripping.
