You might want to checkthe furniture stores you might be able to find a smaller size and lots better quality chair, in a rocker/recliner combo.

Best way to go for chairs is a Lazy boy recliner you can usually get one or two that fits the RV, have taken out my chairs and put these in their place

Soldboth mychairs two weeks after i got home with the camper. In the corner near the door i left empty to toss shoes and stuff. I also put my outdoor patio chairs there when we travel so i have some decent chairs outside under the awning.

In the other corner i bought a small lazy boy type chair.

It is just my wife and I so chairs isn't as important as space and hauling my outdoor cushion chairs.

We removed a very uncomfortable but optional sofa in our Cruiser. We bought three La Z Boy pieces: a reclining love seat and two individual recliners. Carefully measure the space where the new piece(s) are to go then head over to the La Z Boy dealer. Nice thing about most La Z Boy recliners is that the back comes off so they are easy to get into your coach. Ours are very comfortable.

Recliners are awful in our new 300ES. Still think it is strange that RV owners pay quite a bit for a quality camper-then have to immediately take the furniture out and purchase new---in order to have good quality furniture!!! Something is wrong with this picture!!

That is a good one for the "WHY" thread.. Exactly what i was thinking.. Buy the camper and then rip out the furniture.. Why? see here. -> http://www.crossroadsrv.com/forum/fo...s.asp?TID=5554
