We would like to replace the dinette and counter in the kitchen of our cruiser TT. The dinette has been horribly warped for years dispite flipping it over for the winter and the faux edging has been shrinking and lifting on the kitchen counter. We would be replacing it ourselves and would like a lightweight solid surface material. Has anyone else upgraded there counter and where did you get product from?

Check with a countertop shop. Our son works in one and they beat the "big box" type stores AND it is CUSTOM. Corian type tops come in 1/2" thick stock but not light. There is also a core board that doesn't absoarb moisture (they use it in hosptals).
