In my house there is no split outlet in the kitchen, not even different outlets on different phases. There may be a dedicated line for the microwave and another for the refrigerator, but neither of these are accessible for general use. I'm not sure what is more logical than all the outlets in a single room on a single circuit. And for RVs there are basically just two rooms. Guess you could add another outlet tied to the microwave circuit that would be helpful when the microwave is not being used.

you haven't met my wife, she pops a breaker almost every trip because shes got the toaster, coffee maker, micro, electric griddle (sometimes with nothing in it) and the hot water running all at one time. Thats not including the AC and fridge and any lights. I make her turn the AC off during meal preparation when were on 30amp hook up.
Even a 20 amp plug in the kitchen would help in our trailer.
If she knew she had the potential for 100amps I bet she would try and fulfill it.
While were still under warranty I'm not going to mess with the wiring but once its up I'll add a few more breakers and circuits. It should help.

Thanks for all the info.
