Fishing rod holder

I needed a place to hold my fishing rods and I did not like what was out there to buy. This one holds 6 rods. It is not attached to the aluminum frame. It is kinda crud but very functional. It only cost me $9.56 for the hardware. The foam is what is used on metal roof edges to seal it. The rods are not the in way of my storage compartment.
Good thing I don't design trailers, I would put all the big mfg to shame with the extras I would add LOL!

Nice mod!

I keep my fishing poles on one of the bunks, next to my flag pole.

Nice- now I have to go change mine lol. I have mine hanging on the side in some hooks and it has just never worked like I wanted.

Very nice! Certainly solves the issue of storing fishing poles in the rig.

Bradley,
Thanks for sharing the rod holder upgrade. How did you install?
Is it bolted to the aluminum cross rails? Does CR run and wiring through them.
I made a holder today based on your pictures considering using construction adhesive to mount verses hardware and wanted to check in with you on how you did.
Thanks
Tom
