Its kind of a Mod. but you be the judge

My glass in the TT cabinet doors was coming lose. The hot glue they used was just past its prime being 6 yrs old and it was starting to let lose.

So to fix this I took and used silicone caulk on the inside edges to reattach them to the doors. The ones that were real lose I took wood working clamps/spreaders, attached a cloths pin to the one side so that it would contact the glass and not just the wood on the door and squeezed the glass back into place and then siliconed them in.

The doors that didnt have any issue with letting go I siliconed them also just in case they come lose later on down the road. The glue that Crossroads used just got dried out I guess and shrunk and fell out. The silicone will hold for quite a while and seems to cushion the glass better than the hard hot glue that was originally used.

That's a great idea. We have never had glass in our doors but I can see where this would be an issue.

That was one of the first fixes I did on the '03 when we bought it new. They were all loose. Don't forget the mirror in the vanity!

The '10 is soon to get the same treatment.

Yep I remembered the vanity too, I forgot to mention that one. Actually I almost forgot and had the silicone capped up and then thought about it and had to drag it back out.

Some of our rubber seals were hanging down so I used super glue and all is well so far.
