I have seen some campers with a light behind their outside steps and was wondering if anyone has installed one themselves and what kind of light you used and how you did it.

Thanks

I installed a amber clearance light behind ours and ran the wire up the inside wall and picked up the hot from the breaker box. I had an extra pair of hands which really helps when pulling the wire.

If you will go to the web site below and click on "CrossRoads Cruiser" then go down the page to Paines Pointers #35 it will give you instructions with pictures on how to do this mod.

That's a good idea thank you. Is it always on or do you have it hooked up to a switch.
