A new faucet should fit just fine. They are pretty much a standard item. If the new faucet comes with water supply hoses already "built-in" you may have to adapt them to your water lines. If it doesn't then the existing water lines should screw right onto the new faucet.
I had to replace the faucet on my old 5th wheel (R-Vision) and when I measured for a "regular" kitchen sink faucet the holes in the sink were to close together for the faucet to fit through. Had to go with one from a rv dealer. They all may not be the same but checking may save you some time and hassle.

I just replace my kitchen faucet in my 2011 31.5 RLS Cruiser. I just went down to home depot. bought a regular faucet with 8" separation between outside holes and it fit perfectly. I didn't get the faucet with the copper extensions because I would have had to cut the supply lines. The existing lines just screwed in and tightened with a basin wrench. ( I had to break the old one to get it out)
