I've noticed on our 2012 cf355ss there is a lp connector on the left side of the entry steps.
It appears to be a valve with the female part of a quick connect.Does the male part of this come with the trailer or am i to try different ones to see which one fits?
I have a few in the shop that i use for air tools, i guess i could try some of these.
I do wish that Crossroads Rv would have more "model specific" owners manuals to help with things like this.
I don't think you should use one that is for air. It's my understanding, the LP connecters are a breed of their own. I installed one inside the trailer for a Wave heater, but it is specifically for LP. The hose and both connecters came as a package.
The male fitting did not come with my Cruiser. Camping World had the type that fit the female connertor on my trailer. They are not a universal fit at least for what was on my unit. Be aware that that this will be a low pressure connection so if you connect a grill, the grill regulator needs to be removed for proper operation. The grill regulators are designed for a high pressure feed.
Russ, I'm glad to know that. The main thing i wanted to use mine for was a fish cooker. It uses a good bit of pressure. I may have to use my seperate lptank for that. It's a jet type burner. Good info- thanks
Been there tried that. The pressure is too low for a high volume fish cooker. The male fitting can also be found at any LP service center. I found mine at a rental store, that also sold cookers. Edited by: FFFord

Would it be possible for me to buy any gas grill and remove the regulator to be able to hook up to the gas outlet on the cruiser? I have a small grill that uses the 1 lb bottles. But i would like a bigger grill area.
I had a Broil King Port-o-Chef and currently have a Weber Q200 grill. On both of these grills I was able to remove the regulator so thatthe grill would operate on low pressure. Don't get a grill that has the regulator built into the control as it can't be removed.
