That's the coolest little tool I've seen!! Thanks for the recommendation! I'm ordering one today.

I placed the order at 8:21AM. At 9:15AM I got a message from Moscap Eng that the post office didn't like my address. I gave them a corrected address and at 10:55AM received notice it had shipped, from Moscap.

Kudos to them for fast service.

Been using the GasCheck now for 6 months and love it. You do have to be square with the tank and push it in but it works great.
I did put a full mark on my tanks after filling them using a magic marker. This gives me a reference point for a full tank and makes it easier to note the level as it's being used.

Mixed reviews from me. I tried the tank on my BBQ pit and showed empty, ok could be. Went to the rv and it worked great, 1 full tank and one 3/4 full, about what I expected. Took it over to my daughters, it showed empty on 2 20lb tanks and one was actually abt half full. Went back home and tried to show my DW how it worked and it showed both rv tanks as empty????

You do have to hold it square against the tank and press hard in towards the tank. I only move it maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 inch has I work my way down the tank.

Update #2 I sent an e-mail on Sat asking about the operation. I received a reply this AM (early) from Dayne Brady (VP Operations). Said to call if I had any problems. Abt 2PM he called me and we talked about it and I'm fairly sure it was all my fault. At any rate he said the number he called on was his cell and if I had any problems call him, anytime. Impressed me.

Make note, follow the directions, push until it stops and then just a little harder. He said it took a little practice to get it right as it has to be square to the tank for the ultrasound to go across and back to the pen. Not much margin for error.

I'm happy again.
