Built night stands for each side of the bed, attached them to the slide wall.

We installed 12volt led deck lights purchased from Lowes under cabinets and top step to bed area for night lights. Installed a switch below the switch for central vac that controls a receptacale that the transformer plugs into and ran wires behind panel in storage into cabinets. I had to cross over to the slide witch I left some slack for slide to go in. That is the last pic. Not a hard mod just drilling some holes.

Night Lights:

I purchased 4 solar path lights (the type that lay flat along a walk way) and place them in different locations within our 5er at night. I modified them by attaching felt along the bottoms. I set them in the sun outside during the day and they last all night. This process is another way to conserve battery life.
