On my ST22BH there is a master switch for the ceiling lights (which I hate). For some reason they put the switch in the middle of the pack so you had to memorize which one it was in the dark.
So I moved it to a blank position that was also labeled "lights" in the lower left row. Now I can find it easy in the dark.
Simple, took 5 minutes, cost $0.00 but makes life easier.

I still like my old unit with a switch on the wall right inside the door. I guess this new design must be a cost saving measure.
