I have a Prodigy brake controller coming my way from Craigs list. It comes with no mounting hardware at all. Just the unit and instructioons and carry bag.

Can you guys that have the Prodigylet me know what the measurement is across the controller where the screws go in to hold it.

I ask because I have a Drawtite controller now and was wondering if I could just use that one to mount the Prodigy.

Don't give up until you get the Prodigy. That is only 1/8" on either side so you may be able to make it fit with a little persuasion.

I broke my bracket on my last truck. Called Tekonsha and they sent a new one. Don't remember what it cost but it wasn't much.

E-Trailer has the bracket for about 10$. I suspect most dealers may carry them. Now you have a price reference.
