A tip for anyone having problem getting your refrigerator cool enough in hot weather, especially if it is vented through the sidewall.
I had that problem here in the TX heat so decided to install an ambient temperature cooling thermostatinside the upper outlet vent inparallel to the button switch on the cooling fin to control the cooling fan. I set at 90-95 degrees and refrigerator now works great. Turned the 5 position temp control to 3 instead of 5 and the pantry next to the frig even stays cooler!
