I have a Sunset Trail ST31QB, and was considering getting a spare tire bike rack. I was wondering if anyone else has tried one of these. I am a little nervous since the hardware that the spare tire is mounted to was only designed to hold a tire, not 2 more bikes.

For an idea of what I am looking at:
http://www.amazon.com/Allen-Deluxe-3-Bike-Spare-Mount/dp/B000ELSSWW

or perhaps something more expensive:

http://www.amazon.com/Thule-963XT-Spare-Me-Tire-Mount/dp/B003DKQ2YC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1300715367&sr=1-3

If anyone has experience or advice on spare tire bike racks, please let me know!

I'm also open to other bike rack suggestions, although my ladder is very close to the edge of my trailer, so I don't think a ladder mounted one would work well for me. I might consider something for the front of my trailer on the "A" frame, as my propane tanks are not there. However I'd rather avoid adding extra tongue weight if possible.

Thanks!
