Sunset Trail 270BH - Water Heater Question

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has upgraded to a tankless water heater in their Travel Trailer? I was hoping this were possible. I know they make both electric and gas and I think for my uses (mostly full hookups at campgrounds) the electric one would be better.

Also, just out of curiousity. Has anyone added a Genrator to your TT?

Never seen one on a trailer before. I know when you install one in a home with natural gas, you need to upgrade the supply line from 1\2" to at least 3/4" to allow enough gas flow due to the tremendous amount of heat needed to get that instantaneous heat. Likewise, you need to install triple wall ducting vs single or double depending on its location.
I'm not so sure I'd want that much heat generated so quickly in my trailer for safety reasons.
Interesting to hear of one installed.

A couple years back we were looking at fifth wheels, not sure the brand, but they had some with tankless water heaters. I remember liking the idea at the time.

Read the reviews, just showing that there are on demand water heaters available. Wouldn't want one. Satisfied with what I have.

I know they exist, i was just hoping to hear from some people that actually have them in their TT.

I'm fairly satisfied with what I have also, but I have an 8 yr old daughter and a wife who would like a little longer shower....lol

If you turn on both the electric and gas on the water heater that should help with the long showers.
