You are about $10,000 - $15,000 too high. NADA retail is about $17,000. When a dealer calculates the wholesale price it is only based on the model itself, not with options. If you price it reasonably it will quickly move out of your yard.

We sold our 2010 CF31QB in January for $17,000. It is bigger than your model and a year newer. We were offered $13,000 in wholesale trade and $15,000 "regular" trade. It was just under $30,000 new in August, 2009.

Good luck.

Just to give you another idea on price I bought my 2009 CF32BL a year ago and paid 18,000 for it from a dealer. It still had plastic on the chairs and tv's because the guy only used one time and decided he didn't want a bunkhouse. Good luck selling it.
