anyone else having problems with the underbelly cover sagging at the front of the unit...also the glass in the cupboards...seems they used white glue instead of proper glass fixtures..or at least silicone

If you have a dealer it is up to him to take care of it as this is not a new issue. The cupboard glassissue that is.I had read about it so I checked mine very close but I must have had a good emlpoyee do that part but not a lot of others were so good .The good thing is we have now been made whole & love our unit ,but a little slow getting to that point originally. Our underbelly was stretched tight unless they are doing something different nowadays JOHO jb.

Last summer I noticed the same on my 305sk and I found 1 leaky connection just below the water heater. I was not sure for how long it had been dripping. the weight of the water accumulating was streching the underbelly. I had to make a hole right in the middle of the sagging area to let go of the water. My guess is that2 to 3 gallons of waterhad accumulated. You may have another reason but this fixed my sagging.

Good luck.

We recaulked the glass in our cupboards and added some glazing points for added safety.

Had the same problem with the glass in our 2009....you think they would come up with a better system by now.

This was a problem on our 2003! RTV around them will ensure they don't jump out.

I dropped the belly liner to check for leaks because we had water above the liner.
The foil bubble insulation rests on top of the liner causing it to sag. I also removed much construction liter; plastic bags, wood scrap, metal knock outs, wood chips.
There were no leaks from: fresh water plumbing, gray water or black water drains or from the black water flush. So, It must have been road spray. The front seam was poorly done so I caulked the heck out of it. The RV service tech thought it might be getting via the pin box. That seems to be a long way for the water to travel and I found no water in the basement.

I located a couple of 3" holes in the steel frame rails, I assume for ventilation of the basement. I will be gorilla taping 1/4" hardware cloth over these holes. I will also be installing a bathroom vent fan in the basement that vents to the plumbing chase (hole to under belly). So, if it leaks again I can get it dried out. I may also gorilla tape a small piece of belly material at the lowest spot and poke a hole in the liner beneath my patch.

Another solution is to use the small plastic hangers for hanging a mirror, i.e. to a door. Place 4 on the inside of each cabinet door and let them rest against the glass.

Had one glass fall and almost hit me on the head. Would have caused some slight discomfort should the corner have stuck in my head.

I had to drop the belly liner again to gain access to a clogged

San-T-Flush nozzle.</span></span>

The sag is helped out by not only the bubble/foil insulation

but by the black water flush hose, the electrical wiring and the 3 flush valve

cables resting atop of the liner; and in my case water.</span>I bundled the wiring and hung it off the liner as well as the

hose.</span></span>

The black liner was stained with water marks from road spray

entering at the leading edge.</span>My solution was to run a strip of Gorilla Tape along the edge of

the liner material to work as a gasket and to beef up the liner material. I

also ran a strip of Gorilla Tape along the frame where the liner edge will

rest; then a final length over the metal band that hold the liner in

place.Tomorrow I will take a heat gun to the tape. After being heated Gorilla

Tape will fuse to anything.</span>

</span>

WARNING: Do not attempt to remove Gorilla Tape from the liner

material. You will damage the liner by separating the outer layer of sealant.</span>
