50 amp trailer- 30 amp hookup

I have a 2012 305 sk with 50amp service and one 15,000 btu air conditioner. One campground that we like has many many more 30 amp sites then 50 amp sites. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what appliances I could run when hooked up to 30 amp? Would the air be ok? No problem running the water heater on gas. that should take some load off the electric. Any input would be appreciated.

On my 30amp 30sk I can run the air, hot water heater, and all lights, and coffee pot, but it does kick when I try the micro too....something has to go off for the few minutes the micro is on...

As Cowboy mentioned, your should be fine for the basics. My wife's hair dryer kicks the breaker when I have the water heater, coffee pot, micro and TV running.

Ditto. Hair dryers and micro are usually the extra straw that trips the breaker.

30 amp - we only run into problems when we have the AC, fridge, hot water heater and then start running other items. I just turn off the AC for the hot water heater - run in gas mode. The state parks in NY state that have electric hookups only have 30 amp service.

The only thing I can't do on a 30 amp survice is run my fireplace and hot water tank on electric.
