Accent Led lights on front of 5TH wheel

Just moved on/off switch for the front accent leds from front compartment of my 5th wheel to the control panel inside the trailer.When I removed them I had 3 pairs of wires all connected together.I assume that one is for the 12 volt supply ,one is for the leds but does anyone know what the third one is for.Two sets seem to go up and the other goes sideways. Any help would be appreciated.

I can not locate the switch on my 5th wheel. I have looked all over the inside of the front storage area. I can see the wiring, but no switch...can you give me new hint.

Not all accents lights have an off on switch. Some only work when hooked up to tow vehicle.

That would be my issue. The light is only activated when connected to the Ford. This light is bright when pulling at night. Thanks
