I though we'd let you know that we left three days ago on a cross country adventure with our 30SK Cruiser. The trip should encompass around 6,700 miles taking us from our little island in Washington State to the Cruiser factory for a tour and a check of our 5er, Harrisburg, PA, Manasses, VA, Branson, MO and back home. We'll be documenting our trip on our blog if anyone is interested at http://runnerduckreview.wordpress.com/"> http://runnerduckreview.wordpress.com/</a>.
We saw two Cruisers on Thursday, one was going into Oak Harbor, WA and the other was on Interstate 5 heading out of Seattle. We hope to see a lot more as we travel across the country.

Kenny....have a great trip. I'm envious! I want to do the factory tour myself, so it is on our "planning list". Drive safe and watch for the "other guy".

Very nice trip planned out. Be careful around the chicago area as there is a TON of construction, especially on I-80...best to either take the long way around or go through at non-peak hours. Google Illinois road construction and it should bring up the IDOT map showing all of the areas they have torn up right now.

Great for you guys... That sounds like a great trip. Have a good and safe trip. Post a lot of pictures and let us know how the factory tour goes.
I am looking at an 05 29MK, hope to make an offer next week once the dealer gets back with me on what they have done to the unit.

Thanks for the kind words and farewell. We'lldefinitelybe looking out for the other guys Stan. Gossamar, thanks for the warning, I'll check the roads when I get a little closer.
I 90 through Spokane is a mess with the freeway closing down to one lane coming into town from both directions.

Sounds good, are you aware of the Crossroads Rally in Idiana, in Aug, it also hosts a factory tour, we'll be there then! Good luck and happy motoring!

Kenny, have a safe and great trip. Looking forward to your blog updates.
I-90 thru Spokane is a continuous mess. We went thru a few years ago andthelanes were narrowed down with no shoulder because of construction.

Looks like we have Washington represented across the country.
Have a great safe trip. Factory tour is very interesting, we were there in 2008.

Unfortunatelywe will no be able to go the the Factory Rally due to time constraints. The good news is that we'll get to see it.
Gossamar, I look forward to the reports onWisconsin roads. Rumor has it that the Montana roads will improve the further east we go. that's great news because I don't know how much more of this my rig could take. I may have to have the factory do a once over to make sure there's no broken welds or hardware falling off

When you go through Shipshewana, be sure and stop at the Blue Gate Restaurant for lunch. They are located at the four way stop when you drive through on your way to Topeka. Excellent food and PIES that are equally impressive. They also have a bakery as well.... There is an area to park your rig on the west side of the road right before the stop sign as you are heading south. Google them to get more information.

Well, this Wisconsin roads around where you will be coming through on 90/94 intersection are a mixed breed...at least going northbound. There is some sporadic construction and it seems both lanes were very choppy, then again maybe it is my long wheelbase truck as well. Be glad you are not going through minnesota as the state is shut down right now and all state parks are closed along with all rest areas. Roads in minnesota are not much better either, somewhere in my travels in the state it was enough to rip the bedroom door off from one set of hinges, even while strapped down. So, after a 10-minute fix, we were back in business....
