Bedroom slide, 2008CK

Our bedroom slide has a "hitch" in it when slides both in and out. When sliding OUT, the front side drops downwards a few inches just before it stops; the rearward part does NOT. Then when sliding IN, the forward end is delayed a second or so and "jumps" upwards just as it starts. I don't have any idea how the mechanism works as I've not uncovered it under the bed, but it seems that there is a slight catch in the front side. Any suggestions on adjusting this?

Never had that happen on my 2007. First thing to check is to uncover the slide motor area as you mentioned and watch the slide go out and in with a bright flashlight. You may be able to see something.
