I am steps away from buying a Crossroads Cruiser Sahara 310QB through Camping World. (There is no local dedicated Crossroads dealer.) However, I'm worried that Crossroads won't cover warranty repair costs unless they are done through an actual Crossroads dealer.

Has anyone used a Camping World location that doesn't carry Crossroads for warranty repairs? What was your experience? Did Crossroads willingly cover the cost?

Why not ask Crossroads?? Ask about the specific dealer you are talking to.

Is this a new unit if so ask as was said above askCrossroads. I would never buy any unit from the above dealer network as I have seen and heard of very many reasons why,but that is me not you! Jmho jb

I've had warranty work done at Camping World. They contacted Crossroads and took care of all the paper work with no problems.Edited by: Deputydog

It was my experience with Crossroads during my warranty time that they were very flexible and accommodating. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />

My selling dealer was not convenient and they worked with me personally to get another legitimate service shop to honor warranty repair.

Like the others have said, give them a call, you will likely be surprised at how easy they are to work with.Edited by: tcamper
