We just got our new 2011 30skp and there are a few things I must have missed when we did our walk through.
Does the 30skp have a hot water tank by-pass and if so, where is it located?
Above the waste water drain valves, there are 2 blue coloured valves, what are they for?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it does have a hot water bypass. The two bkue vlave are your low point drains for the hot water and the cold water

The hot water heater bypass is located behind the left wall panel in the lower cabinet to the right of the sink. In our 2010 model I had to remove the cabinet floor panel before I could remove the the left wall panel to get to one valve for the bypass. Neat design--NOT!! I cut a 6x9 hole in the wall panel and made a hinged door to cover the opening so I don't have to go through all that nonsense to bypass the water heater or put it back in service.

Thanks guys, you've answered both my questions. You are right dalemac, that's a pretty poor design, it would have taken me a long time to find that by-pass. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll be putting a door in that wall panel tomorrow.

I just put a door panel on my new 30SK this weekend. I've read about this elsewhere on this forum so knew what to do. I'm sure that the CrossRoads people follow this forum and it absolutely blows me away that they haven't done anything about this. I pity the poor person who tries to winterize their 30SK for the first time and haven't read about this.
