As some would remember I posted my frustration or disappointment upon receiving our new 2011 32 ck back in December. I had a list of 32 items to be addressed or explained to u=our satisfaction. They were minor to major minor in our thinking. We had called Randy and discussed this back in earlyJanuary & made an april 11th appt with them.
We dropped it with them & told Randy he could have all the time he needed until this weekend.He was very pleased as in our society today we all want it yesterday. I only had one stipulation, to not call until it was finished & finished correctly in his eyes!!
I got the call about noon yesterday and we were there bright & early to see them.They had it sitting out in front ready to go. Allen came out as randy was on the Telephone naturally a man of his importance does that, who on here do we tell people to call!!Ha Ha!
We had gotten through our inspection & then came Mr M to see also.
We are saying with out a question every concern was addresed with out hesitation & the repairs or corrections were made very professionally as they should have been the first time. ABOVE & BEYOND is all I can say about the folks down there!! Kudos to them once again as we have worked with them since 2004.
Another little tidbit if you by chance happen to get Allen on the phone if Randy is out etc. Go for it as he is well versed and very motivated to take care of people,Maybe well taught or comes by it naturally but do not wonder if you get him as he is very good also. But Mr M is on the top of the heap as far as we & many others are concerned. I especially like his way as he looks you in the eyes as he listens & also when he is talking to you.
Just wanted to make sure to give credit when & where it is due!! Have a great day as ours has already been for several reasons!! Later Jb
