Cruiser Touring Edition 2 black water tanks?

I have a 2016 Crossroads Cruiser Touring Edition CF351MK. All paperwork and manuals say I have 1 black water tank. But the control panel shows a switch that says black water 1 and black water 2. When I flick the switch, the black water level changes which tells me I may have two. If I do, do they empty at the same time? I only have 1 black water lever to pull to empty them. If I have 2, does the sprayer to clean the black water work in both black water tanks? I have contacted customer service twice. Once I got a response saying I would get an answer soon but it never came. The second time I didn't get any response. It sure would be nice to know if I had 2. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with your particular RV. So I will speculate.
Do you have one or two toilets? If one, I would doubt very much you have two black tanks. If that's the case, it was more then likely miss labeled at the factory. I know--that would never happen.
A way to check it out, is put some water down each sink/drain (one at a time) then pull a dump handle to see if and where it drains. With a little experimenting, you should be able to figure out what you have there.
Let us know what you come up with.

I would guess that you only have 1 black tank. We have a switch for black 1 & black 2 on our panel to, but only 1 black tank. Ironically ours has to be set to black 2 to use it for our tank, black 1 position shows empty whenever I've check it.

If you have a clear fitting for your sewer hose just open each valve and you'll know immediately which is which.
