FYI - the microwave went out the first time we tried to use it - it was an ordeal getting a replacement - came in a day later than needed and at the campground we had left yesterday....

Sorry you are having problems....in 6 years of ownership I still consider CR as the best in the business forcustomer service.

Agreed, I have had them drop ship parts to me with no issues. Further more, the part is a vendor part and likely shipped from the vendor (CR didn't build the microwave).

Sorry it arrived late but they performed their duties in replacing it.

When I started the message, I thought it had not been shipped at all because the tracking number they gave me showed up as "Invalid". Shortly after pressing the send button to post the message, I received the call from the RV park I had left that morning. If I had been 400 miles down the road, I'm not sure I would have driven back for it. I went back in and edited the above message to show that I had received the mwave.... Glad that's resolved.

I've got over 1000 miles on my Cruiser now, in Santa Fe this morning, and it has done well. I have the Roto-Flex pin box and a B&W Companion hitch, which has dense rubber shoulders that the 5th wheel assembly sits on and also a shock absorber for lateral damping, and it all works together very well. I feel a gentle rocking in some sections of highway, but generally a very smooth and quiet ride.

I am glad you feel something out of that pinbox device as I can't. I sure can see the rusty device, same as the suspension unit all corroded & rusty when we took delivery. It must be a Lippert money saver as the original owners of that Co. wouldn't want their product to look like that on a brand new unit!!IMHO jb

Another Lippert basher? I, for one, wouldn't accept delivery of a "new" unit that had rusted components. Why did you?

For the record, we feel our Roto-Flex is a great addition to the Cruiser units.

I can tell the difference from my old cruiser to the new one with the roto-flex pin box. Smoother ride. So far with two cruisers I have had no issues with the Lippert components. JMHO.

I installed my replacement microwave night before last, this one works. Sure is easier to make a good meal on the overnight stops.
