VERYdisappointed with the lack of service supportfromCrossroads. Bought our 335SS in May and LOVE it. Headed out on the road as full timers about 2 weeks ago, and had an issue with the toilet overflowing during the night last week. Called the nearest Cruiser dealer, and were told they couldn't look at it for at least two weeks. Called the company to see if they had any other dealers or authorized repair shops in the area. They said someone from service would call us back. Two days later, still no phone call. Is this typical forCrossroads?Have othershad this problem?

That's not been our experience either. Randy and the company have been very responsive to our requests. I do know that Randy gets very busy and may take a while to get back to you but usually not more than a day.

FWIW - calling a dealer, other than your own, looking for any kind of maintenance work is a total waste of time and effort. Not to mention the aggravation you get.

The main reason is that dealers are not required to work on their own product line even if it's in warranty, unless they sold you the unit. Even then you can expect them to give you a four to six weeks out forwork schedule.

As mentioned numerous times in these forums, Crossroads CS has gone above and beyond to keep our group taken care of and satisfied.

My suggestion is to first call your selling dealer and let him help you find an authorized service center. If that doesn't work, then call Crossroads CS, tell them what you've done and need help.

Since Crossroads is now part of the Thor family of RV's, there are service centers across the entire country than may or will be available. Crossroads has to be the one to initiate the service request, you can't.

Follow through before you bad mouth someone who is very good & maybe one of the bestout there in C/S . Many of the best ways of whatto do have been offered to you. Please don't try to tell any of us that you have never seen the ball get dropped by accident or incompetance somewhere in your dealings. You are in the wrong place to badmouth crossroads or especially their warranty service dept as they are TOP Notch but human too! The only place I have heard statements made comparable to C/R service is Bob Tiffin at Tiffin Motorcoach Co. Sorry Soapbox stowed but I get very upset when folks come accross this way.You could have asked a question as to How or who to get to handle you problem~~~JMHO jb
