FWIW - calling a dealer, other than your own, looking for any kind of maintenance work is a total waste of time and effort. Not to mention the aggravation you get.
The main reason is that dealers are not required to work on their own product line even if it's in warranty, unless they sold you the unit. Even then you can expect them to give you a four to six weeks out forwork schedule.
As mentioned numerous times in these forums, Crossroads CS has gone above and beyond to keep our group taken care of and satisfied.
My suggestion is to first call your selling dealer and let him help you find an authorized service center. If that doesn't work, then call Crossroads CS, tell them what you've done and need help.
Since Crossroads is now part of the Thor family of RV's, there are service centers across the entire country than may or will be available. Crossroads has to be the one to initiate the service request, you can't.
