Took the new 335ss (Provincial) out weekend before last. Experienced an electrical issue - the hot water tank quit - on both gas and electrical, lost some of the kitchen lights. Turns out - there was a short behind the panel. We have an extended warranty (6 years) which includes on-site service. They cam to my house fixed that issue - but now the scare light will not turn off! Another call is going in tomorrow. I am happy with the trailer - and the exceptional service by Pine Acres RV ........

Glad you're basically satisfied with your 335ss. Seems like your RV dealer is doing you right. We've had our 335ss out twice and experienced no problems but a few of the led awning lites are burned out. Hope your good luck continues.

FACE RED!!! Thanks guys for the responses!!! It was the remote, I now remember what the tech said about operating systems with the remote which overrides the wall switches. Glad I didn't get around to phoning in a trouble call.

Y'know, with the number of posts from people who've been tripped up by the button on the remote overriding the wall switch for the scare light (including yours truly), you'd think they would post a huge sign somewhere in each new trailer that starts out: "If your scare light refuses to turn off..."

No need for a red face. This little "glitch" seems to have happened to many of us.
