Hi All,
I have a 2010 31REP and we are very happy with the unit so far, but found something yesterday that I am not pleased with. The motor driving the front leg jacks has a shaft that comes out the rear of the motor, this shaft has a pin through it at the end that the manual crank is supposed attach to. I found two problems with the location of this shaft, the first is that the shaft and pin are rubbing against part of the trailer frame, this explains the clunking noise when raising and lowering the legs. Second problem is they put an access hole throught the side of the trailer to insert the manual crank, this access hole is not even close to lining up with the shaft. It makes me wonder how this can get out of the factory this way and really makes me question the dealer prep on my unit, they should have noticed the clunking noise, I checked my freinds jacks on his Cruiser for noise and there was none, this is what had me get underneath and start looking.
Does anyone with a 31 REP have the same issue? Thanks
