Great Service

^The converter fan on our 08 Cruiser has been making a squealing noise off and on for couple of months driving us crazy. Andy's RV Service in Decatur ALcalled Crossroads and within 3 daysreceived a new converter to replace the defective one. I brought it in and they replaced it while I waited, all under warranty.Thanks to Crossroadsgreat service after the sale they made thisproblem a painless one. A big thank you to Crossroads!

Couldn't agree more, that's one of the major reasons we came back. Plus our RV dealer's service is second to none!

My dealer dropped Cruiser but I'll start any shopping on the Crossroads website before I go to any other brand. Simply put, they care about the customer and Randy at the service center is a asset to the company.
