Just a note of appreciation to the crew at Crossroads for taking care of my 06 Cruiser when I stopped on the way home to MA. Randy and his techs did a great job to satisfy my concerns and repair a potential problem.
I wish we lived closer to the factory, maybe we could have gotten the two new issues we have fixed. We are less than 30 days out of warranty and were told we are on our own to pay for the repairs.
