grey tanks

I think our RV has two grey tanks (we have no brochure). Can anyone tell me what drains into each of the grey tanks, or are they just interconnected for greater storage?

Sorry for the bombing of the list, but I'm trying to familiarize myself with our "new" unit.

Back in 2008, the kitchen goes into one grey tank and the shower/bath sink goes into the other. The toilet is the only thing that goes into the black tank. If you have ONE main 3" dump line you can add a gate valve to the end and that way you can get the two grey tanks to equalize and essentially get 80 gals of grey holding capacity. There is info on this mod on this forum as a lot of us have done this.

On mine I have two grey tanks, the bath runs into the same exhaust outlet as the Black tank. The kitchen empties by it self at the back of the unit. Some 08 just had one grey tank.

Thanks for the knowledge. Stan, that mod sounds like one I'll put on my list. It will go right after these mod the bed, all cabinets, maxi fan, cyclone, oxygenics shower head, and a few others
