I have a problem that has plagued me since new. The shower in my 31QB leaks. Not very much but enough that it annoys me. I have caulked everywhere and it still has a leak. A plumber friend of mine suggested that it could be the glass itself. Is there anything that someone could spray on the inside of the shower of the glass to seal it? Like I say the leak is not anything that will cause damage. It leaks in between the sink and the shower which is a very tight space. We just stuff a towel in between the vanity and the shower base and it catches anything that leaks out. I recall hearing other people with these problems as well - maybe one of you can give me some good advice.

Just a thought here...is there possibly a gap in the shower door wiper seal and the small amount of water is splashing through this gap, then running down to this area?

When we first got our 30SK, I had the same thing happening. Found the wiper was not centered in door. Corrected this and no further leaks.

Actually the wiper on the bottom has a tear in it. I have looked for one of these to replace it but could not find one anywhere - Where can I buy a replacement? I am willing to try anything.

I buy the wipers at Ace for residential shower doors. You might lookat it and see if it will work. They have two styles.

Check below the glass panel and above the fiberglass shower pan. You have to get on your knees with a flashlight. My 30Sk had the same leak and this area was not caulked at all. It takes some clear silicone. Check the other side as well.

Also look at the rubber seal that the glass fits into. I have one pane that was mounted upside down and the cut ends were meeting on the bottom. Rather than removing the pane and flipping it, I caulked the cut and stopped the leak.
