Thinking of installing the LevelEase system as a Christmas gift to myself. www.levelease.com

Has anyone tried it? Thoughts?

I have the LevelEase installed on our CF31QB. It works fine for unhitching, leveling and retracting the landing gear. There is a problem with it in the "connect" position. The owner of the company came down here to San Antonio to see if he could figure out the issue. The consensus is that my Curt Q5 hitch requires a separate hitch and unhitch position, something the LevelEase cannot do. So far I am planning on keeping the LevelEase even though I have to manually adjust to connect. The owner says he would take the unit back anytime if I am not satisfied. All in all it is a great product for little money with unparalleled customer service. Installation was easy as well.

Great Info.

I am wondering if I will have the same issue with my Superglide hitch. It is sensitive on the position for hitching and releasing. But holding the button for 5+ minutes is a back breaker also.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

From what I was told by the LevelEase owner there are few problems out there other that of my Curt Q5. LevelEase has a satisfaction guarantee so you really have nothing to lose. After I press either the "Auto Level" or "Retract" buttons I can do other things while the LevelEase performs those functions automatically.

$295 and I think it ships for free. www.levelease.com

No, I am in no way associated with this company but was very impressed by their customer service and warranty.

Do they provide anything for side to side leveling. I also use the stabilizing system. I assume it will work with them as they are locked in place after you are level.

It levels front to back not side to side.

Won't run your gear but would you think something like this would be good for leveling the trailer?

I do not understand the question. LevelEase's function is to automatically level a 5th wheel front to back which it does perfectly. Once installed the owner manually levels the coach then presses "Auto Level" to enter the setting to the LevelEase's memory. It is really that simple. When installing LevelEase the manual button for raising and lowering the front jacks is disabled as the functions are then performed by LevelEase.

It is a time saver for us.

Ihave it and have been using one for all last season. It works as promised and boy how great to hook and drop. saves so much time on site I don't know how I did with out. The only issue I have run into is if during the cycle you adjust any setting it erases all setting and you have to redo the set up. it gets my vote for one of the best bit of hardware to add to the 5er.
