Hello All, My wife and I just picked up our 2012 335SS this last week. Pulled our 2009 Denali to Knoxville to trade for this Cruiser. So far I am very pleased with the unit and that is good as this is our last one.
I will be on here a lot as the dealer did not walk me through the unit as the salesman only could answer-I don't know how that works or where that is located. The owners manual is not a lot better. So expect to see me on here a lot with questions.

Get a good walk through - put the slides in and out and verify that the seals are properly seating and the motors are working properly. I had issues with the bed slide and delayed delivery until it was aligned. Getting items repaired after taking delivery can be a real pain depending upon your dealer.

Mine has been at camping world for 1 1/2 weeks for a rear stabilizer jacking motor - the motor was just been shipped from Cross Roads. One would think that motors for slides, front jacks and rear stabilizers would be a stock item.

thanks. When we did the walk through the guy did not know how to program the fob, the thermostat, intelli jacks system. could not tell me where the water pump is, etc. etc. I gave up and we spent one night in the lot and had a slide adjusted the next day and thenwe came home. I figuered that I could read and/or research it all and then I found this forum. this will be a big help.

Hello to all Cruiser owners. My wife and I picked up a new CT29RLX from Vogt Rv in Ft Worth on Monday , May 7th. Had to install the new 4 Point hitch and boy does the trailer run smoothly behind out 2010 Tundra CrewMax truck. We are in the process of cleaning it and getting our "stuff" reinstalled as I write this post. We believe this trailer is the best one yet!! Looking forward to sharing ideas and information with other owners. One question is what did others do in regards to towel racks and paper hangers for the Bath?

Thanks for the assistance. Have you experienced any scratching on the door from that particular rack?

I have the same set up, over the door towel holder from Wal-Mart...no scratching of the door yet Toilet paper holder is a counter type "paper towel" holder that you can put 2 rolls on...holds it well and it sits upright on the floor

Hi DieselClyde, we had just purchased the CT29RLX. My old trailer was a 25 foot so when I first towed the new one it swayed somewhat. So I decided to upgrade to the Reese Straight Line Double Cam Trunnion Bar hitch. Installed it myself. Took longer than I expected. A note to others.Due to where my propane cylinders are I couldn't use the supplied chain lift torsion brackets. I calledReese and they said I need the bolt on chain hangers. Ordered them and when I went to bolt them on, one of the pass through bolts goes right into the propane bracket channel. So Ihad to drill a hole through the bottom of the channel beneath each bolt on either side. Long story short, I got it all hooked up and took it for a little drive. Tomorrow we will be camping although only about 20 km away so I'll see how it tows.
I had a towel rack in my old trailer hooked over the bathroom door. No scratch marks because I just took it down when travelling. Haven't figured out TP placement yet as we haven't camped yet. Good luck with your new trailer. I'm a new comer to Crossroads Cruiser and this is a great forum. I think between everyone all issues could be resovled.

No scratch marks from ours. We put 4 large towels on there and we do not remove when we drive. If you are uncertain, you can use those felt pieces for under chairs and stick them on, you can also get the longer strips of those.

We have had the same over the door rack in two unts now,no scratches. On this unit it seemed to want to slide together when traveling without towels. I drilled two small holes in the over the door bracket and installed two small screws now no problems at all..JMHO jb
