Not available for 2006 Cruiser

I got my 2006 Cruiser new and till now was happy with the product and the service.
I have visited twice the factory and participated in the factory rally and always was happy with the service TILL NOW.
I have recommended the Crossroads product to everyone that looked for a trailer.
Now that I need some decals and curtains -they no longer available.........So I will have two choices : to improvise or get a new 5W....
I am deeply disappointed and will have to think what will be my next Trailer.

Go to a local sign shop they can make that design or a new design of your choice

Like Lloyd said, it's 10 years old and I wouldn't expect them to still stock decals and curtains. Here's a place for decals; Custom RV Decals replaced & removed, Prescott Az - HOME - ,
Curtains? Can you sew?? If not look at cell shades.

Both good points. I had forgotten about the sign shops. Yes they will make decals. The one here does an excellent job.
I had him make one for my boat trailer. I took a picture, and measurements, and he duplicated it.

Dan, been awhile since I have seen you on here. My 2007 had some decals that cracked and curled. I just removed them however the filon siding is now looking new where the decals were while the rest of the siding is faded some and you can see where the decals came off. I am thinking of getting someone to paint new decals with an airbrush. Anyway it's an option.

I like the airbrush idea. I saw a beautiful mural painted on the front of a large 5er. The other option is a wrap.

I have had problems with the decals on my 05 PP as well but I just take them off and someday I will have a white box on wheels. That being said my trailer has performed great and looks wonderful on the inside. I have not had any of the problems folks are having with the new trailers. Custom decals are avail as noted above

I'm pleased with how well the Cruiser decals have held up on my 2007 model. The one on the front cap is starting to peel a little bit, but not too bad. The rest are in excellent shape. When I look at Keystone products in the campgrounds, I'm glad I don't own one. The decals are terrible on all their products.

Dan, its not that you expected too much. But you have to understand that it is now 2015 and we are currently manufacturing 2016 products. Which would make your TT now 10 years old.

We don't want to you feel like our service is lacking, but we simply do not have to space to store decals and curtains for all units that we have produced. I think you will find industry wide that companies do not keep decor/parts for 10 year old units as a matter or practicality and storage.

I am sorry you are upset and it saddens us as a company that you would choose to look someplace else over a 10 year old issue. I hope you reconsider and give CrossRoads products another chance.

If there is anything I can do to help ease your frustration and help you out, please private message me and I will do what I can to see that you are taken care of.

Thank you, Taylor.

I wouldn't feel bad, Dan. We have a 2012 model, and due to some tree damage we have to have our door replaced. (Darn trees!) The dealership told us that the part of the decal that is on the door is no longer available.

You can get a replacement door decal here. Take off the old one and send it to them for a exact replacement. Custom RV Decals replaced & removed, Prescott Az - HOME - ,
