My upper porch light fails to light even though the light behind the step does light. Probably burnt out light bulb. To change the bulb, does the lens cap simply pry off? Or is there an other mode of access to the bulb? Don't want to use too much force and cause another problem.
Just grasp the lens cover like you would a baseball, thumb on the bottom, index and middle fingers on top. Pushing up and pulling outward with your thumb, it should just release.
What kind of rig is this? Makes it easier for people to help you if they know the type of trailer you're dealing with.

X2
Especially the part on what is the make, model and year of your rig?
It's a 2014 Cruiser 31 LK.......which apparently does not play baseball. That baseball grip on the lens cover does not work to remove it. Fortunately a smallish slot head screw driver applied to the correct place is more effective.
