Hi Guys,

Was moving the antenna from the handle inside the bedroom (the inside ceiling handle), turning it in slight increments to get a signal. It slid into the groove, and now when we try to turn it the wheel just spins and the antenna is not turning!! It's about to blow a blizard outside (not a good time for my hubby to get on the roof). Is there an inside fix even a temporary one for this? Or maybe it just got disconnected??? Thanks

Sure the base isn't iced up on the roof? Otherwise might need the worm screw replaced if you have never siliconed the rubber gaskets.

Not familiar with a unit that uses a wheel to turn but other models may freeze down plus if you put much prssure on them most of them have plastic parts in the turn and crank area.Shaft ,gears or handle stripped many small things to check! IMHo jb
