Has anyone attempted to clean your shower skylight? It seems that insects have been able to access the area between the upper and lower panels of our skylight. Don't know if we really want to remove the lower panel for cleaning. Any suggestions???

no problem to lower, just remove screws on lower portion,we have placed some fabric and tin foil in the space to limit heat and light ,we like it cool and dark ,also like most ladies the dw just needed to clean it while removed
