Sofa Fabric Coming Apart

Crossroads poor quality materials disappoints again. A 2014 model and the arm of the sofa is coming apart. For the record it has not been abused or subjected to water. Just look how thin and cheap the fabric.

I know you say it ain't so, but it looks to me like something has hit/rubbed it. I agree it is awfully thin imitation leather.

Not made by Crossroads. Most likely a Flexsteel or Lippert sofa. Don't know of any rv manufacturer that makes their own sofas and seating.

We all know RV Manufacturers make very little but rather are mere assemblers from outsourced parts. Don't take up for them. Crossroads selected and installed. They selected crappy quality. They should test and evaluate the components parts and materials and insure they use quality consumate with the price point.

Probably 80% of the rv manufacturers use those sofa/ seat suppliers. There is very little choice of fabric offered to them. By the way, I probably have the same manufacturer of sofa/ seats and have no problems.
