Hi can anyone tell me what is wrong with my front stablizer jack!!!!!!

the back one works and i am wondering if it is a inline fuse? no dealer can help me unless i bring it in. if it does not work im thinking fuse, motor or switch.I have gone though that camper like a customs officer andI dont know where or if there is a fuse. The thing is brand new never used. And by the way Crossroads, nice placement for the switches on the bottom of the camper, every poor what would be the reason for this placement do you have shares in the switch manufacture?
