Once again I am seeking some sage advice. On my 335ss the "pig's ear" water spout on the passenger side front is poorly positioned. When water runs down the track and exits from the spout - it lands on the top of the Scare Light - and then leaves a not so nice streak down the side of the trailer - not to mention the mess that covers the scare light lens. Has anyone manged a "home remedy" for this? I was thinking that maybe add another spout to the existing one, I also heard that using a length of clear hose may help (that came through my dealer from Crossroads!!!). I am wondering if there are any other good options?
Thanks guys.....

How long is the spout? I added 4 to my rig (not factory) and they are about 3" long. I do get some streaking but not much and they drip past the lights not on them. Check the local RV parts house for replacements.

put a clothes pin on it to put the drips farther out ...works for me. and I often leave it on when on the road and it stays on.

Aren't water spouts usually in a lake or the ocean?
I need to use the clothes pin. The Zinger's are designed with the spout dripping down the side right over the baggage door. Awesome.

Thanks guys? To sum up:
1) Yes water spouts are in the ocean - as a Navy guy I have seen them - but if memory serves me correctly - they are different!!!
2) According to the dealer, I have the longest ones; and
3) Clothes pin??? Pic????
I definitely like the trailer, the dealer has been awesome, but I scratch my balding head over some of the obvious design blunders... those guys gotta get off the crack....

start complaining directly to crossroads about what you find being done stupidly ...can't hurt. I complain and they actually listened to a few.

as for closepins , just clip the on to make the spout longer...
