I have a 2008 30sk Cruiser. After 2 blowouts of my Denman E rated on my last trip I'm looking to carry a second spare. I have 15 inch wheels but need to know what size steel wheel to get for the second spare. Looking for width and center hole size. Thanks

Can you look at your spare? Or take the spare to the local tire store. Bolt spacing is another measurement you will need.

Go to your dealer and get one from the dealership, either that or call the service rep at the factory. Those wheels are fairly standard. Just about any auto parts place should have or be able to get one.

I would recommend going to Maxxis ST tires or LT tires. Maxxis has a fairly good reputation for ST tires (made in Thailand instead of China) and LT tires will hold up better then ST's.

Going to order Maxxis tires. Don't think a LT is made in that size (225/75/15) with enough load rating.

I'd have to do a bit of research again but there is one LT brand out there with the loadrating in a 15" tire.

I upgraded to "E" Carlisle's on my travel trailer just over one year ago and so far after 5K miles, things are still looking good....

Not sure of your axle ratings but a quick search shows Goodyear Wrangler LT AT/S 235/75R15 8ply 2335 lb. load rating. Might be others.

Can't find a E rated Maxxis anywhere right now. Back orderred and no eta. Can get Greenball E rated or a Maxxis D rated. Don't know if I want to go back to a D rated tire or not. Is the Maxxis that much better to settle for D rated? D tires came on the fw to begin with.

Personally I would go with the Maxxis D rather then the Greenball E as long as the D is within your axle ratings. Google Maxxis Tire Failure and Greenball Tire Failure for an idea of how many problems there have been. Ideally would be to upgrade to 16" rims and LT tires.
