I bought a 2012 Zinger 30KBbecauseI have 3 kids and wanted the outside kitchen. When it came it was missing the cook top. The driver thatdroppedit offassuredme that that deal would just send the parts to fit the issue so I signed off on it. When I called Crossroads the lady I talked to said it was no longer available with the 30KB, But it's shows it on the website?Anyoneelse get a 2012 with thecook top?

Here is mine:

Here is what shows on the website

Thanks for any input.

Is the cook top your looking for the propane grill that attaches to the rear bumper? The only other difference I see is the pull out counter top. On most units the grill is optional or part of a package.

We have a 2012 31SB, and were expecting the slideout cooktop too. When we picked ours up we asked the saleslady about it and she said she would look into it. She called Crossroads, and they told her that they had to discontinue it because too many people had been stowing the cooktops while still hot. Sounds like all rv makers have had to discontinue the slide out cooktops because of it. Hope this helps!

We have a new 31SB with the outside kitchen and it came with the cook top, it has two burners. You should see if one off of there would fit. It is nice to have, it comes in handy if you have it. It looks like you have only one propane line going to the back of your camper, so it probably was never meant for both. Mine that has both has two seperate propane lines so we can use the bbq and the cook top at the same time.

I knew they were feeding me a line of crap. When I ordered the trailer it did not have an option to select to get the outside cook top. So we automatically figured that it would come with it. I don't think it's right and I contacted the dealer I bought it from and I contacted cross roads and neither wanted to help me. So I guess we are stuck with our purchase even though we are not happy with it. :-( I'll be very thorough on the next trailer and not so trusting.

Casper- I talked to both as well and pretty sure they changed it. Sask Boy has a new 2011, and yours and mine are 2012's. They changed alot between the two years- Sask Boy, does yours still ahve the 2nd door into the bunk room instead of the bathroom?

I have a 2011 31SB and it does have the outside stove but no grill. My second door is out of the bunkroom. The only time we use it isto unload chairs and etc that we store in thebunkroom. I just checked out the 2012 model at Camping World and asked about the outside stove. They said it had been discontinued because of safety concerns. The grill on the back bumper was not on the model on display, so that must be an option. Not a lot of changes, and most of them were improvements. I like thenew color schemeof the 2012 model but not sure about that 2nd door in the bathroom. You could have quite a view from that throne! LOL

I have a 2011 31SB it has the second door going into the bathroom and an outsdie bbq that hooks on to the back bumper and an outside two burner stove. There is two propane lines going to the back of the camper so i can hook up back there and use both at the same time. Wow it sounds like i lucked out.

You were lucky, Sask Boy...When was your 2011 made? The date is inside the storage door on the door side. My "2011" model was made in Sept, 2011. Looks like Crossroads actually changed the models mid year. Does yours have the gray colored front?
