2012 F-150 ecoboost towing 2009 ZT32QB

Hi: I've searched your past posts to try to answer my question for fear of posting something someone already asked.
I have a 2009 Crossroads Zinger 32QB rated on the plate GVWR #8010 pounds. I know adding gear etc. will add 1,500 to 2,000lbs. making lets say 10,000 lbs. towing weight.
I've been looking at a 2012 F-150 crewcab reg bed 6cylinder ecoboost 365hp, 420torque with the HD towing package etc.. They claim it towing 11,300lbs.
Has anyone had any experience towing 10,000 using the F-150 mentioned? I have a 1 ton that I haul my Dozer with that can haul the 32QB at 5 miles per gallon. Was shopping for a p/u anyway and plan on using the F-150 about 1 month out of the year towing the TT... Then driving around not towing so would like good gas mileage. So kinda hate to go 3/4 ton 250 superduty for just using 1 mo. outa year towing.
It also sounds that based on its 11,300lb. ratings the F-150 should tow my 8010 to 10,000lb. 32QB
Any input would be appreciated before I take the plunge!

Truck should handle trailer just fine. Please be aware that the GVWR of the trailer, 8010 lbs., is the maximum it can weigh after you load all your stuff inside. The empty weight rating is something less and should be listed on a sticker on the inside of a cabinet door. The difference between the GVWR and the unloaded trailer weight is the weight of the stuff you can put inside the trailer. You should not exceed the GVWR of the trailer.

Dale thanks for your input. You can see from my post I was wrong in figuring my towing based upon 8010lbs plus....should of figured 8010 total max period!!. Thank you for setting me straight! I looked in ALL my cabinets in my 32QB and could not find the "unloaded weight". Is there another way I can find the unloaded weight (like on a website?)as well as the tongue weight of the trailer for my Crossroads Zinger? I may have been doing an "overkill" on towing capacity of Pickups ....

There should be a paper glued inside one of the cabinets, on the door with all the info for that trailer printed on it. It would be odd if there isn't one.
